Job Description: E-commerce Analyst (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
E-commerce & Operations Management:
- Optimize Shopify and Google Merchant Center performance by identifying and resolving platform inefficiencies.
- Maintain accurate and engaging product listings across the website and Shopify while ensuring alignment with inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that impact the website.
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence:
- Produce regular executive-level reports on customer behavior, website traffic, and conversion patterns to guide business decisions.
- Apply data analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and recommend insights for performance improvement and customer journey enhancements.
- Submit monthly inventory reports weekly for sales and monthly for tax purposes.
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth:
- Led digital marketing initiatives across Google Shopping and Instagram, creating visually compelling campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Strengthen brand visibility by aligning content strategies with audience interests and seasonal trends.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
SEO & Content Development:
- Implement SEO best practices across product listings and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and online discoverability.
- Craft product descriptions, visual assets, and marketing content that reflect TREND’s boutique identity and customer-first philosophy.
Customer Experience & Engagement:
- Collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to address feedback, resolve issues, and build a more personalized and seamless online experience.
- Develop loyalty-building strategies that fostered lasting relationships and increased customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to monitor industry shifts, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
- Integrate research findings into product merchandising and digital initiatives to ensure competitive advantage.
- Monitor and report on traffic performance.
Project Leadership:
- Manage cross-functional projects involving marketing, operations, and technology teams to support the company's digital transformation goals.
- Maintain clear communication and accountability across stakeholders to drive timely and impactful outcomes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information systems or business analytics with 1 year of prior work experience in retail. Experience diagnosing/resolving problems in Mac, Windows, iOS and Android platforms across their software, hardware, and manage service product lines; relevant programming experience; a detailed understanding of the back end, the front end, version control systems (CSS/HTML preferred); experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools; must be able to deal with confidential information; ability to anticipate and solve problems, ability to analyze and synthesize data, ability to work independently as well as in a team; excellent customer service skills; excellent communication and presentation skills, must be willing to work nights, holidays, and weekends; in particular monthly inventory check during 8:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.. Google Certification required. Prior experience in the shoe industry is preferred.
The expected pay range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000/ year
The position will start upon providing a qualified candidate.
