- Enter your order number and email address
- Follow the steps to request your return
- Once approved, you’ll receive shipping instructions via email
- Item Conditions:

Must be unworn, in resalable condition, with original packaging and tags. Shoe boxes must be packaged in a shipping box. "Returns that are not in resalable condition will incur a 10% restocking fee of the product price."

Refund Timeline: Approved returns are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
- Orders totaling $140 or more qualify for complimentary shipping and returns. Orders below $140 are subject to shipping and return charges.
